This card may be redeemed only for applicable goods or services at this merchant’s participating location(s). Card is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destoyed. Except as required by law, this card is non-refundable and is not redeemable for cash. Card is issued by the merchant. A card issued to a loyalty, award or promotional program expires on the date printed on the front of the card, if any.
